Where can I buy your products?

You can buy all of our magical products online via our Website, Amazon or Waterstones. We also have several local stockists including Pennell’s Garden Centre in Lincoln and Cleethorpes, Downtown Superstore in Grantham and Stockeld Park. We also have our very own Fingley Shop based at The Humber Bridge Country Hotel in Barton upon Humber. You can also purchase our products by phone where one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist.

 

What age range is The Magical World of Fingley suitable for?

 

Our books, bears and products are suitable for most children 6+. We have found that younger children enjoy reading the books with the aid of an adult, but every child is different. We encourage children of any age to learn about The Magical World of Fingley and hope to inspire a new generation!

 

When will my order ship?

 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, we recommend allowing a few days for delivery.

Ireland & Europe – allow approximately 5 – 9 working days

 

Rest of World – allow approximately 9 – 12 working days.

Certainly! We love to know our products are reaching people all over the world. You can select your country during the checkout process and it will calculate your shipping costs for you.

How do you calculate your shipping costs?

 

Shipping costs are calculated on a size, weight and destination basis. Where possible we do try to keep our costs relatively low. We currently offer free delivery to all UK addresses, and offer free worldwide delivery on orders over £95.

Do you accept returns?

We would hate for you to be unsatisfied with your purchase, so we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days. In the case of faulty goods, you are entitled to refund or exchange your purchase within 90 days.
